Kitchen: A separate, small kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, full oven & microwave. In addition there's a second fridge/freezer for storing and cooling drinks, ice etc during the warm summer weather. It's very well stocked with all the utensils you will need for keeping the family happy during hot weather.
Living room: This spacious living area features a dining table and chairs, dresser (containing DVD's, board games & books), and a comfortable seating area with 3 seater sofa, armchair, UK, French and Sky Freeview Channels, and Google ChromeCast for streaming.
Internet Access: Unlimited wi-fi and fast broadband is free of charge for guests.
Cooling: There's a large ceiling fan to keep you cool, with patio doors leading to the beautiful, sunny garden terrasse (40 sq m).
Toilet: There's also a convenient second toilet downstairs.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 – This is a large, nicely furnished bedroom enjoying stunning views of the Languedoc countryside and town of Pézenas. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, large ceiling fan, a full double wardrobe, large 3 drawer chest of drawers, with 2 bedside tables and lamps. This room sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2 – A second family room for 2-3 (small kids) sharing, with side pool views. It has a triple bunk, comprising a full 4ft6 double bed below, and a 3ft single above. It also has a wardrobe, and ceiling fan. Infant travel cot is also available.
Bathroom: A modern family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.
Outside Space
A wonderfully sunny large terrace (40m sq) with teak table & chairs, rattan armchairs and table, parasols and sun loungers. There's all-day sunshine, but with options to create plenty of shade with parasols.
Enjoy the French brick charcoal BBQ in the evenings, easy to light and control the heat. You can while away hours relaxing in this lovely space - enjoy sunbathing on the loungers, or an aperitif on the rattan armchairs as you light the barbeque!
Swimming Pool
A beautiful, residents-only swimming pool is incredibly close to the villa, open from 15 May to 30 Sept, 8am to 9pm. (It is secured by a coded entrance and fenced off for safety). Shower and toilet facilities are maintained to a high standard.
It enjoys superb views of the countryside.
The pool is rarely busy, and most popular in the late afternoon as families return from a day's sightseeing. The pool is often mentioned by guests as the highlight of their stay - and certainly well rated by children!
Parking & Security
A dedicated parking space has been allocated to Villa Isabelle, conveniently located beside the house.
The Coteau Moliere domain is secured by a gated entrance, only accessible to residents and guests by code. This creates a homely environment where children are able to move freely.
